Printing From Pine
PINE, if set up properly, will let you directly print any mail message you
wish. You can set it up one of two ways:
- If you have not yet made any changes to pine's configuration (the
options under the setup menu), just type
cp -f /usr/local/lib/acct/skel/.pinerc ~ at the prompt,
then start pine.
- If you have made changes to your configuration and don't want
to lose them, just start up your favorite text editor on the file
.pinerc in your home directory, and edit the line
printer=
to read
printer=lpr
Once you have set up PINE in this manner, you can print any message you
are currently viewing just by typing yy (the letter 'y' twice)
