Zip Drive

Iomega 250MB Zip Drives are installed on the following PCs:
etch-5101-28
etch-5101-29
etch-5101-30
How To Use:
- Place your disk in the drive
- Click on the "Zip Drive" icon on the desktop. Simply drag and drop to
this folder instead of the hard disk.
- Save to the "D:" drive instead of the "C:" drive from any application.
- To remove disk from drive, hold down button for a few seconds
and wait for it to be ejected.
LINUX
Every Linux workstation comes w/ a 250MB Zip Drive. To use:
- Pop your Zip Disk into the Zip drive.
- Click on Redhat Menu -> Utilities -> Disk Management
- Highlight /dev/hdb4 /mnt/zip auto
- Click on Mount. You will see a Zip icon on your desktop.
- Double click on the Zip icon.
- Now you can drag and drop files.
- You MUST UNMOUNT the disk before you pop it out!
